Our sourcing approach prioritises local and inclusive procurement, with materials sourced largely within India and from MSMEs, strengthening domestic value chains and supporting inclusive economic growth. A Supplier Code of Conduct, aligned with the UN Global Compact, sets clear expectations on human rights, labour practices, environmental responsibility and ethical conduct.
To manage ESG risks, we have implemented a structured supplier evaluation and risk assessment programme covering onboarding and periodic reassessment of significant suppliers. These assessments combine digital desk reviews with targeted on-site evaluations to identify ESG maturity, sector-specific risks and improvement opportunities. Suppliers are supported through corrective action plans and capacity-building initiatives, reinforcing transparency, continuous improvement and long-term supply chain resilience.
