Ashish is associated as a Manager in the Electrical Department with JSW PTPL & PEQCTPL, Paradip since August 2017.

He holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from B.P.U.T, Rourkela, and has over 15 years of experience in the area of Project execution, Commissioning & Maintenance in the Electrical domain. He is a Certified Energy Manager from Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE). He started his professional career with Vedanta Aluminium as GET in 2008. Before joining JSW, he was working with Linde India Ltd as a Senior Engineering officer in a Air Seperation Plant for 2 years.

Other than supporting his core functions in the Electrical maintenance department, he also enthusiastically gets engaged in the sustainability initiatives like Energy savings, Energy transition towards green energy sources, process improvements, and waste management. He is responsible for coordination with different departments for GHG data collection & drive initiative, progress tracking to achieve annual sustainability goals. His hobbies include travelling, driving, trekking & reading articles.

Dhananjay Namdeo Shet is head of Safety & Environment functions and is responsible for driving, monitoring and implementation of the zero harm safety culture, Sustainability & Environmental Initiatives at JSW South West Port Limited, Goa.

He holds a master degree in Environmental Engineering – BITS Pilani and Advance Diploma in Industrial Safety - DGFASLI, Mumbai. He has over 15 years of rich experience in the various industrial sectors like Automobile, Cement, Mines, Port, Power and Steel. He has started his professional career with Vedanta Limited. He is also a Certified Lead Auditor of ISO 45001:2018 – DNV GL.

Dhananjay has joined JSW South West Port Limited in 2019 and his hobbies are playing Volleyball, Cricket & watching movies.

Shubham Vartak is an Assistant Manager Sustainability at JSW Infrastructure. He holds a BE in Mechanical Engineering from Mumbai University and has 1.9+ years of experience in the sustainability domain. He supports key ESG functions, including data consolidation, GHG emissions assessment, and compliance with mandatory sustainability reporting requirements.

His role also involves contributing to assurance activities, supporting the implementation of global ESG frameworks, and strengthening digital processes to enhance sustainability performance. He has successfully completed the course Reporting with the GRI Standards, which has enhanced his capability in preparing and reviewing sustainability reports aligned with global best practices. Shubham’s interests include photography.

Dr. Monica Chavan is a marine biologist having qualitative expertise of more than 22 years in the field of Environment with established skills in preparation of Environment Impact Assessment (EIA) Reports and acquiring Environmental Clearances (EC) for large Infrastructure Projects like Ports, Sea Links, Water Transport Systems, Coastal Roads and Industrial projects. She has played a pivotal role in implementing sustainability initiatives at JSW Infrastructure.

She holds a Masters in Zoology (Marine Sciences) and PhD from Mumbai University. She has also done Diploma in Business Management from Welingkar Institute, Mumbai. She enjoys listening to music, travelling and reading.
